Free Hotel and Conference Centre Finding Service
Off Limits Corporate Events have an extensive knowledge of hotels and conference centre's throughout the UK. After discussing your overall requirements and your aims for the conference we would contact several suitable locations and provide you with rates, full conference packs and availability for our preferred three locations. In addition we can arrange for site inspections so that you can view the facilities available before making any decisions for your event.
Advice on Conference Room Layout
The layout of the conference can be a contributing factor to the overall success and ensuring that you get the attention of all delegates. Off Limits will advise you on the options available and the possibilities at the suggested locations.
Audio Visual Support
From plasma screens to full stage sets Off Limits have the ability to provide you with extensive support and advice on the best way to project (effectively) your message to delegates.
Venue Liaison
Off Limits will handle all discussions with the venue and act as the main conduit between you and them ensuring that you have only one point of contact for your event.
Dedicated Event Manager
Off Limits Corporate Events can provide you with an overall Event Manager who would be your first point of contact on your event. This individual will have considerable experience within this field and will advise you along the way - leaving you to focus on the intended outcomes of the event.
Bill Back Facility
Once the event has been and gone we will deal with the invoice from the hotel or conference centre and combine their costs with ours. This invoice will be clearly detailed making it easier for you decipher the relevant cost areas. Thus ensuring you have one invoice rather than several to check after the event.
