Thanks for the follow up on what was a fantastic, fun filled day. Jonathan did a superb job of creating a great atmosphere and was fully supported by his team. Thank you very much for running a first class event for us on Friday night. The event team were great, moving the event along at a far quicker pace than I had previously experienced and their flexibility really helped, especially when we removed the planned break. The compere was excellent on the mic; so I didn’t have to interfere as much as I was expecting, which I meant I could concentrate on not getting dunked at the end! The compere was funny and quickly picked up on the two main targets for his attentions. My team were very nervous and apprehensive about doing this event and having not done anything like this before, were very much out of thier comfort zones. However, our trainer for the day was brilliant. He put everyone at ease very quickly and really understood my expectations and desired outcomes for the day. It was great to see my team relaxed and really throw themselves into the event, seeming to lose all their inhibitions and worries along the way. Our department consists of a very mixed age group, so we needed to make sure this team building exercise appealed to all. “Sweet Success” worked really well, although the aim was to build relationships within our department the event needed to be “fun”, which it was – chocolate was being devoured throughout the afternoon with the entertainment ranged from singing some “catchy” themed songs, to being rescued from earthquakes. Everyone commented on what a great afternoon they had. Our management team, who assisted with the judging, also complimented on just how well everything was organized and how professional and friendly the host and his assistant were. I found Off Limits to be helpful and efficient from the very start. The information pack was supplied quickly and gave us all the information that we needed to select a few events to consider before making a final choice. The team were were always very helpful on the phone for my many calls and was either able to provide the answers straight away or very soon after. They always had a sense of humour as well which made making all the arrangements a great pleasure. The event itself went off smoothly even though the weather was not the best. The events team were professional, but very entertaining with it. They dealt easily with a few late arrivals and soon had them fitted into a team and participating in the next available event. The Picasso Picture Show during the afternoon of my team's away day was very enjoyable, and turned out to be just the kind of activity that I had been hoping for. Everyone got involved, and I think that was partly down to the fact that the facilitators judged well how much to intervene and give instruction, and when to stand back and observe. They were good-humoured and genuinely encouraging too. I was impressed with the equipment provided for the show, as we had everything we needed to produce I think the best effort we were capable of. I don't think I can justifiably put in to words about what we achieved yesterday for our team building day, but I am going to try. From the start of the day to the end you encouraged and supported the guys in their team building, even though you scared the pants off all of them and even blew up the clock! It's quite hard from my point of view to get different departments out team building, as most of them don't have the time or feel that it wouldn't benefit them. You all demonstrated yesterday the importance of bringing a team together, and although you did not know them personally you made sure everyone was involved in every activity, you actually brought out some different attributes that other members of the team noted in each other. When we came back into the room after you had gone there was nothing but praise and a great sense of euphoria within the room for them to move things forward. You even impressed our events co-ordinator who will be contacting Off Limits with regards to using the guys in an evening event for our staff conference this year. I just wanted to let you know how everything went yesterday 10th march 2005 and the feedback I received from my team members. I would first like to say thank you to you and your team for all of your help and support you gave to me before that actual day event. The ease in which you were able to meet our needs with a very brief description of what I was looking for was very impressive. I was also impressed with the attention to detail your provided from detailing the days events to providing a map of your location. Was uneasy with the bikes however the team ensured that I only went at my own pace and away from the rest of my team for this I was truly grateful. We had a brilliant time on the away day. The weather was very kind to us thank God!! Many thanks to the Off Limits Event Manager and his team for making the day run really smoothly. All of the activities were well set up in really amazing grounds. I am happy to put on record that Off-Limits organised a one-day event for LAM Group's client EPM Air Conditioning at an hotel in Oxfordshire. The event required the organisation of five activities and four teams with activities taking place to a schedule including arrivals, meals and breaks. As the event organiser, I can confirm that the team arrived promptly to set up and left the site tidy much later in the day. Between those times my only interaction with the team was when they proactively suggested ideas for team games and checked that I was happy. There were no hitches, I heard not one single negative comment, and there was much positive comment about the relaxed nature of the day and the organization of the events. First the Treasure hunt was very well organised, well thought out & much fun was had by all (well most!!)

But most importantly we wanted to give some feedback about the Drumming Rhythm Factory; everyone said that this was the best event that we have ever had at BDP for Team building, the only complaint was that the staff wanted to continue for longer than the session was booked!!

The Event Manager was excellent both as a drummer but most importantly as a facilitator, being supportive, informative & making the session FUN! He was a credit to your organisation.
