A Bridge Too Far

A Bridge To Far is a challenging, construction-themed team building task that's ideal for uniting the whole workforce under one roof. Each team works together to create a section of a bridge using only the materials supplied by us.

Bridge building is one of the most effective ways to illustrate the dire consequences of poor team work. If one section is weak, the entire structure is under threat.

One person can't build a bridge alone! This is a classic exercise in team work that requires communication and collaboration.

How does it work?

A Bridge To Far begins with a welcome and briefing from our events coordinators.

There's more to this team building activity than creating a simple structure. To make things more challenging, we've created guidelines that require problem solving skills and creative thinking. How will teams fare when they must overcome obstacles to achieve their ultimate goal?

The session ends with all teams bringing their sections together to create one huge bridge.
