Boogie Dayz

Looking for a creative team challenge that will bond the group and get everyone participating? Boogie Dayz is just the ticket! It's a series of music and dance-based team tasks that are fun, challenging and incredibly illuminating.

How does it work?

Our event coordinators will welcome everyone and get the group in the right mood for the event.

The entire group will be split into teams and asked to complete a number of music and dance-related team building challenges over the course of the day. Our events team will be on hand to run the day and provide guidance. The aim is to get individuals working together as part of a cohesive unit. Team members will discover skills they never knew they possessed and will gain an understanding of the value of individual team member roles.

Each team will have 90 minutes to perfect their team building task.

Our events coordinator will make up the judges' panel. Firm but fair; they're more Strictly Come Dancing than Simon Cowell!

The winning team will be given the honour of doing the grand final performance.

If you book Boogie Dayz as part of an entire corporate day, the final performance can be part of the evening entertainment!

Boogie Dayz Team Challenges

Wondering what's in store? Below are the team building activities that groups will get stuck into.

Corporate Band Building - being in a band is about more than just making music! This fun challenge reveals which team has the X factor. Our music instructor will be on hand to dish out the instruments and advise on song choices. Will creative differences cause the team to clash or can they work in harmony to create sweet music?

Salsa Sensation - teams will learn the basic steps under the tutelage of an experienced teacher. That's the easy bit! The whole group will need to listen and pay careful attention in order to put all the steps together and learn an entire routine to perform in sweet synchronisation.

Rap Attack - it's time to get the creative caps on and come up with some catchy lyrics set to our special rap beat. A rap artist will be on hand to show teams how it's done, then each group must work together to create their very own company rap.

Break Dance Experience - discover which team can follow instructions and use their creative flair at the same time. It's no mean feat! A break dancer will teach a simple routine but teams will also be required to create a couple of their own moves to make it their own.

Line Dancing - take your partners by the hand, folks! This one is all about working in pairs and as part of a larger group. hats, neckerchiefs and toe-tapping country and western soundtrack, It's up to the teams to learn the steps and perfect them for the final performance.

Belly Dancing - a brilliant bonding experience that will teach teams a thing or two about exotic movement! Everyone has to get stuck in - including the men! A belly dancer will teach a routine to be performed - complete with belly chains and bells.
