Cake Crusade

Think you can handle our big bake-off? Cake Crusade is a team building challenge and reward rolled into one ingenious activity! Teams will be asked to create their own cake range featuring as many different flavours as possible using limited resources.

There's more to this team building event than baking cakes and decorating them. Teams must use their creative flair, financial planning and communication skills to create a cake display that would make Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood proud!

How does it work?

Our events facilitators will be on hand to coordinate Cake Crusade and get everyone in the right frame of mind.

The group is split into teams. Each team is supplied with instructions, ingredients, equipment, materials for creating signage, money belts, folding tables and a cash float.

A group bake-off requires team work, timing, creativity and the ability to listen and follow instructions.

What are the team building benefits of this activity?

Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a task that requires team work, time management and creative flair. In addition to being alot of fun and very tasty, Cake Crusade is a great way to teach teams about seeing a job through from inception to completion.
