All conference venues and locations are recommended based on our first hand knowledge and experience and not simply chosen from a book.

After taking an initial brief and gaining a full understanding of your objectives we will provide a preliminary list of venues that we feel will meet your criteria. In sourcing venues we will take into account location and budget needs, as well as any specific meeting requirements you may have. In many cases the venues we suggest have been viewed by our experienced team. Ensuring our recommendations are always based on first hand knowledge and not reliant on information taken from brochures or internet sources.

Before we suggest a conference venue we must have confidence in it before recommending it to you.

The venue finding service offered to our clients is free, however charges for conference management are dependant on actual time involved, location and the amount of manpower involved.

Rates will be negotiated and provisional bookings placed on your behalf. In some cases we can arrange a visit to the conference location before any decision is made.

Once you have confirmed your booking we are happy for you to make direct contact with the venue to make all your final arrangements.

We are happy to secure a location for the day, ranging from sports grounds to the grounds or a stately home. When sourcing locations we will take into account your specific requirements and location preferences and propose several options.
