Team Challenge Days
Team challenge days get delegates bonding and the competitive spirit pumping! They tackle a range of issues, teach numerous skills and illustrate the value of good old-fashioned team work.
These events are unbeatable when it comes to combining a variety of team building benefits. Everyone has a role to play and a contribution to make. It's a great way to illustrate the importance of individual member roles within a team environment.
Whether you need to improve communication, enhance collaboration skills, hone problem solving abilities, improve time management, leadership and delegation skills, team challenge days can help.
All the activities featured below have two things in common:
- They have been designed to improve working relationships in a fun, informal environment
- Each requires different skills which allows you to select more than one leader
Team building is the primary goal but our events coordinators will introduce a competitive element to ensure everyone gets involved. The program of events ends with an announcement of the winning team. We can arrange for prizes to be included if you want to up the ante.
