London Treasure Hunt
A day out in London could be a great refresher for your staff. Instead of a stuffy indoor team building day, treat them to a treasure hunt around the streets of London, on foot, by taxi or even by tube. Even if you are a London based company the London treasure hunt can also work for you; your staff can see familiar places with new eyes.
A treasure hunt has the reputation of just being a social event however it does make for great team building too; teams are against the clock as well as each other so there is an element of competition in which they need to use their planning skills; they have to unravel the clues using their lateral thinking skills; use their creative skills to complete photographic tasks and of course communicate well in order to blag the items for the shopping list.
