Tis the season to get baking!
Teams will be briefed and following a short demonstrationthey will each bake their own batch of Gingerbread, fit for Santa himself. Heis no top judge but don't be fooled into thinking he willtolerate a bake which doesn't fit the Christmas bill. Keep off his naughty listby ensuring it's baked with plenty of season cheer.
It's time for the creative challenge as teams must work outhow to build their own gingerbread house using limited guidance and thematerials available. They can build any structure they like, but to be in witha chance of winning best house it must be standing and beautifully decoratedusing the icing techniques they're taught thorough the activity.
And once the work is done, and the best build is announced,the whole team can kick back and enjoy a gingery treat so everyone is a winner!
