Revive-ology is an all-inclusive health and well-being boost for the mind, body and soul. It’s perfect for teams of 15-60 people that can be done during the day and aims to promote the health and mindset of the attendees. Teams will start this event with an interactive health drink creation session which then leads onto learning the basics of meditation-based movements. From this they will then create their very own Tai Chi style routine. This session will last 60-90 minutes, so not too much to take from the day of work and it gives everyone something to look forward too. Organise this for a Monday morning and there will be no weekend blues. There will also be a dry ice aromatherapy experience that will set everyone up for the week ahead.
