BUILD YOUR CUSTOM EVENT

Discover brilliantly simple techniques to control tension and manage stress levels. We can deliver a half or full-day workshop to include a mix of desk or regular yoga, meditation and visualisation, beginner massage, and tai chi. These activities teach guests how to use everything from breathing and laughter to movement and touch. Delivered by experts in a fun and inviting environment, this session will get everyone relaxed and open to new ideas and methods for reducing stress.

Breathe

Don't have time to go to a yoga class? Try desk yoga. Learn how to relax your body and mind with a blend of movement and breathing. Discover simple stretches and breathing exercises you can do at your desk in a short space of time.

Touch

Massage alleviates some of the muscular aches and pains linked to stress. Start by learning some basic Chinese self-massage techniques. Pair up and give your partner a back, neck, and shoulder massage. This doubles up as a great team building exercise, as massage is good for bonding and building trust.

Laugh

These fun improvisation comedy games are a great way to end the day. They prove the old saying that laughter is the best medicine! This follows on nicely from the massage section, which lowers barriers and banishes preconceived ideas. Everyone gets involved in the games, which are designed to encourage interaction and communication in a lighthearted way.

Meditate

Illustrates why it's important to take time out to meditate and how to actually do it! Do some basic yoga breathing exercises; discover how Buddhist counting meditation works, explore colour visualisation for relaxation. This is a fascinating look at different methods of meditation and how they work.

Energise

The ancient discipline of tai chi is excellent for achieving inner calm and deep relaxation. A natural partner to meditation, this part of the day teaches delegates all about the power and healing properties of 'chi' - life energy. Everyone will partner up and learn some simple tai chi moves.
