Off Limits appreciate that team building is essential to help our clients develop their business and also ensure that their colleagues understand the strengths of the people that they work with on a day-to-day basis. Off Limits have designed a range of team building challenges which are designed to tackle some of the issues in the workplace such as time management, delegation, working as a unit and making the most of your colleagues' individual strengths to gain the best from all essential members of a team.
The key to the success of our challenges is that they are presented in a relaxed environment but with a competitive slant. The number of challenges that we will provide for the event will depend on your group size and will be completed by all teams
Challenges may include:

BLINDFOLD HUMAN SHEEP HERDING
Being a shepherd is a tough gig at the best of times. Add blindfolded human sheep and non-verbal communication into the mix for an even tougher challenge!
STORM THE CASTLE
It's time to get medieval! Create your own catapult and capture the castle by firing boulders at the main wall. The king won't give up without a fight.
REACH FOR THE SKY
Unleash your inner Buzz Lightyear and build a rocket that can fly further than the rest. Points are awarded for distance, design and creative flair, so you'll need to make smart use of team member talents.
